A well-established manufacturing company in Holland, MI is hiring multiple Fulfillment Associates for its 1st shift teams. If you're a hardworking, reliable individual with at least 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience , this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Position Highlights:- Pay: $17.00 per hour on 1st
- Schedule: 1st Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm
- Type: Evaluation-to-hire (Contract-to-Hire)
- Location: Holland, Michigan
- Perform fulfillment and packaging duties on a fast-paced production line
- Consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Stand for 8-10 hours per shift
- Maintain strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Follow safety guidelines and quality standards
- 6+ months of recent manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity
- Must be punctual and dependable with excellent attendance
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Stable Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off
