Account Manager, Paid Social

Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time Account Manager, Paid Social will lead day-to-day client relationships, oversee creative strategy, and ensure delivery of paid social campaigns in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Maintain and manage client relationships through regular communication and updates Develop and implement creative strategies, including writing ad copy and briefs for designers Analyze performance metrics and iterate on successful campaigns based on data insights Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in agency account management or client services focused on paid social Experience with eCommerce and DTC brands, particularly on Shopify Proven track record of writing effective hooks and ad copy with measurable results Experience in briefing designers and managing creative feedback processes Fluency in Meta Ads Manager and senior-level client communication skills
