Coordinates, plans, organizes, directs and evaluates operations across the area to promote business and entrepreneurial development through the Entrepreneurship Center. Serves as a leader in supporting entrepreneurship and small business development for the college. Provides strategic leadership in program development, community engagement, and resource alignment. Oversees budget planning and expenditures, including grant oversight and is responsible for recruiting, hiring, supervising and evaluating personnel. Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
This position is located at our Entrepreneurship Center in Grand Island. Essential Functions

Oversees program operations. Coordinates the Entrepreneurship program for the 25-county service area. Recruits, hires, supervises and evaluates entrepreneurship personnel. Essential Functions
Provides areawide leadership in the development, promotion, delivery and evaluation of entrepreneurship programming and services including planning and executing college-wide entrepreneurship activities. Essential Functions
Serves as Campus liaison and consultant for communities in service area to provide guidance and services regarding entrepreneurship programming, services and activities, especially providing business coaching and connecting to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Essential Functions
Develops and writes workshop materials, explores new options and develops promotional materials. Essential Functions
Coordinates planning and follow up activities related to campus and college-wide programs, course articulation and college advisory committee meetings. Essential Functions
Prepares and administers the program budget including grants management for Entrepreneurship. Reviews and monitors budget expenditures and purchase requests to support the program while adhering to college policies. Essential Functions
Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field by reading appropriate journals, books, attending conferences and other professional development. Essential Functions
