Role Summary We’re looking for a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our ever‑evolving Genius® team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will sell Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries. Responsibilities Sell Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries. Stay current on the fintech landscape, industry trends, and product updates to position yourself as a trusted technology advisor. Deliver consultative, value‑based presentations both in‑person and virtually to demonstrate how Genius® helps businesses streamline payments, improve operations, and increase customer loyalty. Collaborate with your District Manager to identify new opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle. Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking. Qualifications Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services. (One full year of B2B or B2C outside sales experience.) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable selling both face‑to‑face and virtually. High energy, self‑motivated, and competitive, and driven to exceed targets. Professional presence and genuine ability to connect with business owners. Must be 18 years or older. Enjoys being in the field 75% of the time with a valid driver’s license. Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location. It’s a bonus if you have a mindset to upsell and cross‑sell existing merchants on new features, software add‑ons, and hardware upgrades. Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus. Two full years of B2B outside sales experience. Compensation Base Salary: $50,000 per year. Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build. Annual On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $90k‑150k plus. Your total compensation will depend on your skills, performance, and territory.
