$200K–$400K+ MONTHLY SALES TARGET

We are looking for a proven plumbing salesperson who knows how to close.

Lincoln Plumbing & Rooter is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Plumbing Salesman / Sales Estimator to join our team.

This is a high-performance sales position with a target of $200,000–$400,000+ in monthly sold plumbing work.

We are looking for someone who is confident meeting with customers, identifying their plumbing needs, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and closing the sale.

If you have a proven track record in plumbing, HVAC, home improvement, construction, or other high-ticket service sales, we want to talk to you.

THE POSITION

As a Plumbing Salesman / Sales Estimator, you will meet with customers who have an identified plumbing issue or recommended repair and guide them through the available solutions.

You will be responsible for turning service opportunities into approved work while providing customers with professional recommendations and exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities

• Meet with customers at their property
• Evaluate plumbing issues and recommended repairs
• Explain repair and replacement options
• Prepare accurate and professional estimates
• Present multiple solutions when appropriate
• Clearly explain the value and benefits of each option
• Overcome customer objections
• Ask for the sale and close the opportunity
• Follow up on unsold estimates
• Identify additional plumbing opportunities
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Work closely with technicians and the office team
• Maintain accurate customer and estimate information
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit goals

TYPES OF WORK YOU WILL SELL

Sales opportunities may include:

• Water heater replacement
• Tankless water heater installation
• Sewer line repairs and replacements
• Sewer line replacement and trenchless solutions
• Hydro jetting and sewer services
• Main water line repairs and replacements
• Repiping
• Slab leak repairs
• Gas line repairs and replacements
• Drain and sewer repairs
• Plumbing fixture replacements
• Whole-home plumbing repairs
• Emergency plumbing repairs
• Larger plumbing projects

You do not need to be the technician performing the work.

You do need to understand the problem, understand the recommended solution, communicate it clearly, and close the customer.

SALES EXPECTATIONS

This position is designed for a serious producer.

Monthly Sales Target:

$200,000–$400,000+

We are looking for someone who can consistently manage a high volume of opportunities and convert them into profitable sold work.

Performance will be measured by:

• Monthly sold revenue
• Gross profit
• Closing percentage
• Average ticket
• Estimate conversion
• Follow-up performance
• Sales pipeline
• Customer satisfaction

We want a salesperson who takes ownership of their numbers.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in the following industries is strongly preferred:

• Plumbing sales
• Plumbing estimating
• HVAC sales
• Home improvement sales
• Roofing sales
• Solar sales
• Restoration sales
• Electrical sales
• Construction sales
• Other high-ticket home services

Previous experience selling $10K–$50K+ projects is a major plus.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of producing $150K–$250K+ per month in home-service sales and is looking for an opportunity to increase their production and income.
