Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.

Participate in the development of microservice-based solutions.

Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.

Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

Integrate applications with third-party services and APIs.

Assist in deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in cloud environments.

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills
Backend Development

Strong experience with

C#

and

ASP.NET Core .

Experience in developing

REST APIs

and web services.

Knowledge of

Entity Framework Core

and LINQ.

Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

Experience with dependency injection and middleware concepts.

Microservices

Understanding of

Microservice Architecture

principles.

Experience in developing and consuming microservices.

Knowledge of service communication patterns (REST, messaging, etc.).

Basic understanding of API Gateway concepts.

Database

Experience with

SQL Server .

Ability to write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database designs.

Understanding of database performance tuning and indexing concepts.

Azure Cloud (Basic Knowledge)

Basic understanding of Azure cloud services.

Familiarity with:

Azure App Service

Azure Storage

Azure SQL Database

Azure Functions

Azure Key Vault

Understanding of cloud deployment and hosting concepts.

DevOps & Tools

Experience with

Git

version control.

Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Azure DevOps.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.

Exposure to authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth 2.0).

Understanding of logging and monitoring tools.

Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.

Knowledge of caching mechanisms such as Redis.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in .NET application development.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud-native application development.

Exposure to event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
