About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Exhibitions to serve as a creative visionary, transforming its renowned location into a living narrative of ocean conservation. This role is pivotal in leading the strategic development of the exhibition portfolio, ensuring that each experience is a sophisticated blend of spatial design, cutting-edge techniques, and profound ecological storytelling. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of extraordinary visitor experiences that not only meet the highest standards of animal well-being and institutional goals but also spark awe, invite curiosity, and promote empathy for marine life. Collaboration is key, as the VP of Exhibitions will work closely with teams across various divisions to align exhibition development with the company's strategic and visitor experience plans. Core responsibilities for the Vice President of Exhibitions include strategic exhibition development, design and implementation excellence, cross-divisional collaboration, resource management, and operational leadership.
