Our iconic towers overlook the Miami River; the hotel is close to the Miami Riverwalk, Bayfront Park, the Port of Miami, and the Kaseya Center (formerly FTX Arena). It is near Brickell City Center and nearby areas such as Little Havana and the Frost Museum of Science. Responsibilities The Event Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing events. Primary sales efforts are in Banquet Food and Beverage and include menu planning, agenda setting, and hotel meeting services. Duties also include contract review and facilitating communication before, during, and after events with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service. The Event Sales Manager also hosts hotel tours, maintains strong customer relationships, participates and may lead event meetings and other staff meetings, and works as a team member with the sales and events staff. The manager also works closely with Administrative Assistants and other support staff.
