*This is an onsite position – Local to Richmond, VA only please

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Knowledge and application of engineering theories and principles concepts and fundamentals.
• Requires developmental experience in a professional engineering position.
• Competency in applying engineering principles fundamental concepts practices and procedures requiring some evaluation originality and/or ingenuity to achieve project objectives.
• Understands and can apply knowledge of configuration management.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations using applicable software programs e.g. Matlab Excel etc.
• Planning organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to develop and exercise leadership skills.
• Effective decision-making skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills include technical writing.
• Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems.
• Ability to interpret codes regulations and practices.
• Equally effective working independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to process information quickly and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• HS Diploma is a min requirement

Responsibilities:

• Aconex review responsibilities
• Consolidate all OSS documents going into workflow to include as-built drawings
• Advise on assigning reviewers for new workflow initiation
• Keep up with overdue workflows/sending reminders
• Close ALL open comment sheets related to old/finalized documents
• Weekly updates report
• Call coverage roster
• Own shared team calendar
• Own the OSS action tracker
• Own the OSS team SharePoint page
• Mange Change Orders
• Manage Budget for OSS contract Support to include contract/invoice review
• Risk Analysis

Semco inventory management :

• Drives key discussions/warehouse walk-throughs
• Integrated tracking method onto external SharePoint
• Created job aid for using tracking method - NCRs TQs
• Tracks existing NCR non conformity reports/TQs technical queriesprogress weekly
• Adds new NCR/TQs for our engineering team to validate weekly
• Attends working calls to resolve NCR/TQs
