Employee Wayland, MI, US Wayland, MI | 1st Shift | Full-Time, Exempt Recco Products, a leader in aerospace-quality manufacturing and precision filtration components, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer to lead and execute cross‑functional projects within our AS9100-regulated environment. This role is critical to advancing key operational initiatives across the organization, including ERP system implementation, CNC equipment integration, and manufacturing process improvements. The Project Engineer will work independently to coordinate efforts across multiple departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines Lead ERP system implementation and integration across departments Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and delays Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and accountability across all project phases Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives Provide regular project updates and status reporting to leadership Requirements Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related engineering field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving production environment Effective problem‑solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments (AS9100, ISO, etc.) Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems Familiarity with CNC machining and programming processes Experience with Infor Visual ERP and/or Kebrite software Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (starting day 91) Paid Vacation & Holidays Company Stock Purchase Program 401K Retirement Plan Life Insurance & growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
