Sr. Equipment Engineer, Optimus Charger

What to Expect We are looking for a Senior Equipment Engineer to join the Equipment Engineering team supporting Optimus Charger and 3Y Seats production. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy manufacturing equipment and automation solutions that directly improve production safety, efficiency, and quality. You'll work hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment - troubleshooting issues in real time, collaborating across engineering disciplines, and driving projects from concept through deployment.
