Financial Analyst

Location HYBRID (two days onsite once a month) - Clearwater FL 33759 Must Haves 3 years of accounting experience (Grants accounting, regulatory reporting, account reconciliation) Bachelor of Accounting Ability to use MS applications (Teams, outlook, excel) Plusses Day to Day Insight Global is looking for a Financial Analyst II to join their team for a full-time opportunity. This candidate will be supporting the behavioral health and grants accounting operations on a system‑wide basis. This role is highly accounting‑focused and plays a key part in managing grant‑funded programs, regulatory reporting, and monthly financial close activities. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong accounting foundation, values mentorship, and is looking for a long‑term role with growth potential. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close process Complete account reconciliations and investigate variances Support monthly financial reporting , including variance analysis and forecasting Assist with regulatory reporting for federal, state, and local grants Support accounting and reporting for HUD‑related entities Participate in grants accounting , including compliance and audit support Assist with clinical research accounting activities as needed Collaborate with cross‑functional finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance Support continuous process improvement within accounting and reporting workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
