Lead QE Automation Location: Rocklin, CA (onsite) Duration: 6-month CTH Key Responsibilities Define shared automation strategy across API, integration, workflow, and regression testing for SCMS domains. Build release-certification standards, defect triage patterns, and production-quality feedback loops. Lead test automation for pricing, payments, and integration-heavy flows where data correctness matters. Mentor engineers and testers on specification quality, reusable automation, and defect-prevention practices. Core Qualifications 8+ years in quality engineering or software test automation, including leadership of shared QE functions. Strong experience with API validation, service orchestration, SQL-based verification, and CI / CD integration. Able to communicate quality risk clearly to engineering and business stakeholders. Agentic / AI-Enabled Expectations Author guardrails for AI-generated tests, data fixtures, and release checks. Use agentic systems to draft test scenarios, analyze failures, and flag unsafe automation output.
