Clinic ABA Case Supervisor

Behavior One Autism Solutions is now hiring a Case Supervisor who is currently preparing for the BCBA certification exam to supervise ABA services delivered to our clients in Los Angeles County. This position is expected to reach up to 30-35 hours per week. The location for this position will be at our clinic in Artesia, CA. Hours of Operation Mondays–Fridays 8:00am–8:00pm (session times based on employee availability) Benefits Accrued Paid Vacation – Max80 hours or two weeks per year 7 Paid Holidays Healthcare Benefits (30+ hours per week) Medical Insurance: Employer pays 60%-82% of premiums Dental Insurance: Employer pays 60%-100% of premiums Vision Insurance: 100% employer-paid Flexible Scheduling – ability to decline proposed cases Paid Training Accrued Sick Leave 8 hours floating holiday per year SIMPLE IRA Plus Retirement Plan – 100% employer match up to 3% of gross income after 1 year of employment Discounted and Portable Whole Life Insurance Policy 10-20% Tuition Discounts with partnered online universities Drive Time and Mileage Reimbursement (some exclusions and limitations may apply) Opportunities for Promotion, Mentorship, and Career Growth Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise the implementation of direct services to clients in home and community settings Parent consultation Assist in the development of ABA treatment programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities Ensure integrity of program implementation Monitor effectiveness of treatment plans and modify programs as needed Provide individualized client-centered parent training Graph behavior data for visual analysis Facilitate staff meetings Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians Complete client progress reports Conduct clinical team meetings to update caregivers on client progress Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment Assist with completing functional behavior assessments Conduct direct and indirect assessments with assessment tools (e.g., Vineland-3, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.) Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field, or 12 units completed in graduate-level ABA program Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Autism service provider in home or school setting with ABA (preferred) Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA staff Skills Strong ABA and clinical skills Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability, and punctuality Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent team player attitude and customer service orientation Strong interpersonal skills If you are pursuing or advancing in a career in behavioral health or social services, or searching for a leadership opportunity, we invite you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr Behavior One Autism Solutions
