Hematology/Oncology Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified Hematology Oncologist for a full-time, ongoing locum tenens assignment in Missouri. This position offers a highly structured daytime clinic schedule complemented by 100% remote phone call coverage.

Position Overview

Specialty: Hematology Oncology
Start Date: August 17, 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Availability Required: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
Shift Times: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

Call Schedule & Logistics

Frequency: 1 weekend per month (Friday 5:00 PM Monday 7:00 AM)
Call Type: 100% Phone Coverage Only Details: You will answer incoming oncology/hematology calls to provide clinical guidance on patients. No onsite response or rounding is required during the call weekend.

Requirements & Qualifications

Board Certification: Board Certified (BC) required
Licensure: Active Missouri (MO) medical license or active eligibility via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
Required Certifications: BLS

Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic
Credentialing Timeline: 60 Days
