Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, and/or home health settings preferred.
• Competence with common PT modalities such as ultrasound, NMES, iontophoresis and skilled techniques including manual muscle testing and joint ROM assessment.
• Experience supervising or directing Physical Therapy Assistants preferred.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide care that restores function, improves mobility, relieves pain, and increases independence for patients across diverse settings. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and supervise PTAs as applicable. Maintain timely and accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
