We are looking for an In‑Home Care Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work full‑time, part‑time or PRN. This role offers flexible schedule options, a warm and supportive environment, and an opportunity to make a real difference in patients’ lives. Responsibilities Travel to assigned patient’s homes and manage their care plan according to the physician’s instructions. Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit. Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs. Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress. Educate caregivers and family on aftercare or ongoing care of the patient. Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care. Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient. Skills Strong interpersonal skills that allow building personal rapport and establishing trust with patients. Initiative to make independent decisions when required while accepting direction and requests from patients. Ability to follow instructions but also act independently if necessary. Excellent observational and problem‑solving skills. Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently. Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments. Knowledge of clinical skills including changing bandages, giving tube feedings, administering shots, and setting up and monitoring IVs. Requirements and Qualifications Relevant license and certification. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong candidates have a minimum of one year of experience working in the home‑care industry (or related industry – hospice, home health, hospital, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
