Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control treatments to client properties
• Diagnose lawn issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and company vehicles
• Deliver professional, courteous service to customers and address their questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of all applications in compliance with state regulations
• Follow organized routes and schedules to ensure timely service delivery

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma service technician/applicator license (required)
• Previous experience in lawn care, turf management, or a related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
• Comfortable using technology and software for record-keeping and scheduling
