Crumbl Shift Lead

We are looking for a self‑motivated and results‑driven Shift Lead to direct our organization's operations and develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties for a Shift Lead will include supervising store operations, monitoring and motivating staff, ensuring good customer service, engaging with customers, training employees, etc. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives. Qualifications Technology Aptitude: Confidently use email, chat applications, Microsoft Office, G‑Suite & Gmail, human resource information systems, and point‑of‑sale systems. High proficiency with Crumbl's website, mobile app, and internal communication application. Problem‑solve technology issues through key support contacts when needed. Character, positive attitude, work ethic, cultural fit, experience, commitment to people, excellence. Positive Attitude: Strong “can‑do” mindset, hopeful and enthusiastic for self and team. Work‑Ethic: Committed to giving exceptional effort consistently in all responsibilities. Experience: Preferably 1 year of leadership, management, and food or restaurant experience. Leadership & Management: Lead the team to accomplish objectives, manage systems and processes, meet KPIs, and develop the Crumbl culture. People Development: Assist in developing team members' skills and capabilities for current and future roles and life beyond Crumbl. Operations: Support inventory, supply, ordering, quality control, taste, cookie baking, presentation, facilities and equipment management, staffing, labor, scheduling, forecasting demand, delivery experience, and more. Customer‑Focused: Create great customer experiences through genuine, welcoming, and friendly interactions with every Crumbl customer. Store Metrics & New Customer Acquisition: Communicate key metrics clearly and celebrate achievements. Participate in planned and grassroots initiatives to acquire new Crumbl customers. Communication: Communicate clearly, frequently, and provide direction and expectations verbally and via company channels. Share important updates and business information regularly to help the team and business perform well. Cleanliness & Tidiness: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment for crew and customers. Equipment & Environment: Ensure baking equipment, utensils, and environment are cleaner and better organized than required. Facilities & Equipment: Monitor safe use and movement in and around the facility and equipment. Report promptly to management and use appropriate tools to diagnose and repair issues.
