Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Luxury Travel Advisor to design and deliver exceptional, tailor-made travel experiences for clients. In this role, you will curate high-end itineraries, manage end-to-end travel planning, and provide excellent service to ensure seamless and memorable journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design customized luxury travel itineraries including accommodations, transportation, dining, and exclusive experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, and tour operators
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and travel goals
• Manage all aspects of travel planning from initial consultation through post-trip follow-up
• Stay current on luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry updates
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service at all times
• Maintain accurate client profiles and booking records using internal systems

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Exceptionally communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
