Pediatrics Physician Assistant

We are seekinga compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join our team in a full-time role based primarily out of our Perth Amboyoffice. Optional coverage at our North Bergen location is available but notrequired.

Position Highlights: Clinical Focus: Outpatientpediatric care with hospital rounding on newborns approximately every 6 weeks No delivery attendance orC-section coverage required Schedule: Full-time 5-daywork week with every other Saturday rotation; enjoy one weekday off duringweeks when Saturday is worked Patient Population:Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred to best serve our large Hispaniccommunity

Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $130,000-$140,000,commensurate with credentials and experience Quarterly performance bonus Partnership track available Medical and Dental Insurance Malpractice InsuranceProvided 401(k) / Profit-Sharing Plan 1 Month Paid Time Off

Requirements: Master's degree and currentcertification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active or eligible NewJersey license Experience in pediatricsstrongly preferred Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills Spanish language proficiencypreferred
