We believe our employees are our greatest asset, offer a collaborative environment that welcomes new ideas, and actively promote from within.What We OfferHealth & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.Financial Security: 401(k) Plan, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and Paid Basic Life Insurance.Work-Life Balance: Personal Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.Perks & Discounts: Employee vehicle purchase plans, plus discounts on products and services.Growth & Culture: Paid professional training, ongoing career development, and complimentary Saturday lunches.18.00 per hour base plus commissionKey ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service: Answer phone calls, provide accurate quotes, and communicate parts availability to customers and staff with a friendly, professional attitude.Order Management: Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, including pulling and filling orders from stock for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup.Inventory Control: Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy, source out-of-stock parts from outside vendors, and flag low inventory or urgent shop materials for the Parts Manager.Internal Collaboration: Review body shop estimates for accuracy, ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed to service repair orders, and process payments or credit authorizations for retail customers.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience: Previous automotive parts sales experience is highly preferred (MINI or BMW experience is a plus).Skills: Strong organizational, math, and time-management skills; ability to easily read and navigate electronic automotive parts catalogs.Core Abilities: High capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and interpret standard business or safety documents.
