We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for a 26-week contract assignment in Bethel, Alaska. • Minimum 2 years of RN Unit Manager experience.

• Active Alaska RN license or eligible compact RN license, subject to confirmation of applicable licensing requirements.

• Current BLS/BCLS certification.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to coordinate nursing operations and support clinical teams.

• Availability to work the agreed weekday schedule in Bethel, Alaska.

Assignment Details

• Contract: 26 weeks

• Start Date: January 19, 2027

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; final schedule to be discussed with the manager.

• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week, with no guarantee by individual day.

• Call: Not required.

• Holiday Coverage: Not required.

• Housing: Provided by the facility.

• Airfare: Reimbursed through the agency, subject to the applicable reimbursement process.

• Overtime: Begins after 40 hours per week, according to the supplied job order.
