Bilingual Career Coach (CA Licensed)

Supporting relocation and outplacement solutions, the part-time Bilingual Career Coach (CA Licensed) will provide one-on-one coaching to employees and their spouses/partners in the Bay Area, focusing on job search strategies, integration, and career development while working remotely. Key responsibilities Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve their professional and personal goals Guide participants through the coaching process, assisting with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search techniques Monitor progress and consult with participants on specific subjects to enhance their job search skills and address integration challenges Required qualifications Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching, particularly with expats and accompanying spouses Fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong communication skills in both languages Experience with virtual coaching and familiarity with technology and AI tools Knowledge of living and job searching in the Bay Area Ability to work up to 20 hours per week as caseloads increase
