**Licensure:** - Ohio or compact license required upon submission - Valid state license required; pending licenses not accepted **Experience:** - Minimum 2 years L&D experience - Recent travel experience required within the last year - 2 years of recent and continuous experience - Epic Experience preferred **Certifications:** - NRP required - Must be willing to obtain STABLE certification if not already held **On-Call Requirements:** - Call required; must report to facility within 30 minutes if on-call - If placed on call, must arrive at the hospital within 1 hour when called in **Availability:** - Every 3rd weekend - No holiday RTO approved, including days during the week of the holiday - Ability to float to all 3 campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion) if needed **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required; medical/religious exemptions only - Candidate profiles must include two recent supervisory references - Smoke-Free facility and campus - Modules: Non-billable, up to 8 hours required, completed pre-start through HealthStream **Work History & References:** - Strong emphasis on thorough review of work history - Candidates with prior terminations, contract cancellations, or red flags in employment history should not be submitted - References should be positioned directly after the work history section for review
