Scope of Work Responsibilities:

• Maintain vendor and customer relationships to obtain competitive quotes and ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee Estimator and estimating department
• Successful hand-off of estimate to the supervisors and foreman and continued involvement with the company’s project construction team.
• Assist in purchasing materials for projects and scheduling on time
• Working to buy out items after contracts are awarded
• Assess profitability of projects and track actual costs relative to bid as the project develops.
• Attend meetings with general contractors and customers as needed
• Work as liaison or partner with Foreman and Superintendent
• Manage daily activities of Construction Administration
• Work in unison with Director of Construction
• Bilingual Spanish / English is a plus.
• Experience Requirement:
  • 5 years of Construction 
  • Landscape Project Management or Construction Management : 3 years (Required)
