divh2Finishing Operator/h2pThis position is responsible for verifying that every product leaving the finishing process meets established standards and specifications. The Finishing Operator carefully inspects each finished piece to ensure it meets visual, dimensional, and performance expectations. In addition to quality checks, this role involves identifying any defects or inconsistencies, communicating findings to the production team, and helping implement solutions that keep production running smoothly. Ultimately, the Finishing Operator helps ensure that every product reflects Cambrias expectations and quality before it reaches the customer./ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities:/h3ulliWork with an adhesive bonding glue to bind together countertop sections/liliPerform quality checks on finished pieces/liliUtilize overhead crane to move large finished pieces/liliInspect the overhead crane on a daily basis/liliInterpret blueprints and sketches to plan, set up, and operate lamination equipment/liliPrepare finished product for quality control testing/liliPerform Quality Control testing on finished product using defined procedures and test methods/liliInspect finished product before its shipped to customers and/or distribution centers/liliMaintain documentation related to all quality tests and inspections/liliPerform quality audits to ensure conformance to standard operating procedures/liliPerform job duties safely as outlined in the Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/liliPerform all required documentation with detail and accuracy/liliKeep work area clean and orderly/liliConduct all job related duties in a safe and responsible manner/liliCross-train on multiple types of equipment/liliPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management/li/ulh3Qualifications and Skills:/h3ulliCritical thinking and troubleshooting skills/liliMechanically inclined/liliAbility to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation/liliAbility to become certified in using an overhead crane/liliAbility to work safely and follow Standard Operating Procedures/liliBasic computer skills/liliBasic math skills/liliCritical thinking skills/liliExcellent organizational skills/li/ulh3Minimum Requirements:/h3pEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred./ppExperience: N/A/ppSystems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace preferred/ph3Cambria Success Factors:/h3ulliHigh attention to detail/liliReliable and punctual/liliDirect communication/liliSense of urgency in completing work/liliCapable of multitasking/liliWork well both independently and with a team/liliSelf-motivated/li/ulh3Physical Requirements:/h3ulliWork at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings/liliLift up to 60 lbs./liliPush/pull 100 lbs./liliStand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks/liliWear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria/liliParticipate in daily stretch and flex exercises/liliWork in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions/liliWalk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift/liliBend over multiple times throughout shift/li/ulh3Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:/h3ulliSteel toed boots/liliHearing Protection/liliSafety glasses/liliCut-proof gloves/liliLatex gloves/liliFace shield/liliHigh visibility vest/liliRespirator/lili*Employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin./li/ulpCambrias starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66 . Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
