Responsibilities include: Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans Assess resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and the interdisciplinary team Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence Mentor and support fellow nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes Qualifications Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state license Graduate of an accredited nursing program Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Long-term care experience is preferred but not required Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care Build a Career You'll Be Proud Of At The Valley Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you're more than an employee—you're an important part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and improving the lives of our residents.
