Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor (7320) Location: 7320 Statesville Road, Charlotte We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, and the ability to drive process improvements. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, and compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products. Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Oversee team management, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of warehouse staff. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and order fulfillment. Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting as required for various tasks. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using AS400 or similar systems. Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment. Other duties as assigned Skills & Experience At least three (3) years of warehouse or distribution center experience; including one (1) year in a supervisory or lead role. Proven experience in warehouse management or as a Warehouse Supervisor is essential. Strong background in inventory management and control practices. Familiarity with logistics operations and shipping & receiving processes. Experience with forklift operation and materials handling equipment. Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Education High school diploma or equivalent.
