Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Location: Rainsville, AL

Schedule: 1st Shift | 6 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift | 3 PM – 11:30 PM (Training on the 1st shift)

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, work instructions, and shop aids. Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

Experience Requirements: Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience preferred. Experience using hand tools, crimping tools, or assembly equipment is a plus. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, or continuous improvement practices preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Good verbal communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequently lift, push, and pull up to 5 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements requiring strong manual dexterity. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and working in confined or narrow spaces. Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment with varying levels of noise and activity.

Job Duties: Prepare coils for final assembly and testing while meeting quality and production standards. Bend, shape, cut, and attach wires and lugs according to specifications and work instructions. Operate pneumatic and hydraulic crimping equipment to complete assembly tasks. Use ultrasonic welding equipment to assemble and secure components. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Utilize lifting assistance devices when handling heavier products and materials. Participate in inventory counts and other production support activities as needed. Maintain productivity goals, quality requirements, and manufacturing schedules. Support 6S, Lean Manufacturing, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned to support changing business and production needs.
