Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Gastroenterologist to join our well-established team in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Practice Info Outpatient-only role Supported by dedicated Advanced Practice Providers GI unit is comprised of 10 rooms Marshfield Medical Center outpatient clinic is adjacent to our Marshfield Trauma Level 2 hospital campus On-site ancillary services include Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Infusions, Lab, and an OSC Flourishing, turn-key ready, high-volume GI practice with strong community presence Responsibilities Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team which includes experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioners Perform an average of 14 procedures/day in a streamlined, procedure-heavy setting Compensation Compensation floor of $800,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years Nationally competitive compensation plan Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance 401K plan Short-term and long-term disability Life insurance CME allowance Allowed time away Malpractice insurance and tail coverage Relocation allowance Additional state and/or federal education loan forgiveness programs eligibility Shift & Schedule NO evening, weekend or holiday call 100% outpatient practice Zero hospital call Weekends off Flexibility to have 100% procedure-based practice if desired Qualifications BC/BE fellowship-trained Gastroenterologist Additional training and interest in ERCP/EUS is preferred, but not required H1B or J1 visas accepted Retention incentive subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details
