CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Opportunity

Assist nursing staff in providing basic patient care and support activities in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensure patients' comfort, safety, and well-being through attentive and compassionate service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine patient care activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Monitor and document patient observations, including vital signs and behaviors.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and feeding.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements and proper PPE use.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal identification and badge requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification required.
• Proven experience working in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Must bring valid state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
• Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption policies.
• Strong attention to detail and compassionate nature.
