IT Operations & Support Specialist Moxie Pest Control | Full-Time | Day Shift | In-Person (Priest & Broadway) $24.00–$25.00/hour DOE + Full Benefits + Paid Training $750 Sign-On Bonus About the Role Moxie Pest Control is looking for an entry-level IT Operations & Support Specialist to support our Phoenix Contact Center. This is a hands-on position for someone who has foundational IT knowledge through work experience, schooling, technical training, certifications, or a combination of these. You should already be comfortable with basic troubleshooting and computer setup; we’ll train you on Moxie’s specific systems and processes. IT will be the primary focus of this position, but you’ll also help with general office, operational, and project needs as they come up. We’re looking for someone who is technically capable, dependable, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed. What You’ll Do ? Provide day-to-day technical support to employees ? Troubleshoot computers, monitors, headsets, software, browsers, connectivity, and other common technology issues ? Set up workstations and equipment for new employees ? Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, user accounts, and system access ? Support systems including Talkdesk, FieldRoutes/PestRoutes, Google Workspace, Pronto, Podium, and Power BI ? Maintain laptops, monitors, headsets, displays, and other technology equipment ? Keep equipment inventory and user-access records accurate ? Help monitor office technology, displays, cameras, network equipment, and access-control systems ? Document issues, solutions, procedures, and equipment changes ? Coordinate with vendors or escalate more complex technical issues when needed ? Assist with office projects, events, equipment moves, organization, administrative tasks, and other operational needs as assigned What We’re Looking For ? Foundational IT knowledge gained through IT experience, college or technical schooling, certifications, or hands-on training ? Ability to troubleshoot common computer, software, hardware, peripheral, and connectivity issues ? Basic understanding of user accounts, permissions, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and networking ? Comfortable setting up computers, monitors, headsets, and employee workstations ? Strong problem solving and customer-service skills ? Clear written and verbal communication ? Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities ? Willingness to learn new systems and assist with responsibilities outside of IT when needed ? Ability to lift and move typical office technology and equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation Nice to Have ? 1+ year of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar experience ? IT, computer science, networking, cybersecurity, or related education ? Google IT Support, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar certification ? Experience with Google Workspace, Talkdesk, FieldRoutes/PestRoutes, SaaS applications, or basic networking What Success Looks Like You respond quickly, solve routine technology problems, keep equipment and access organized, and know when to escalate an issue. You’re comfortable helping employees who may not be technical, and you’re willing to pitch in on other office or operational needs when priorities change.
