Job Description Matrix Home Care has several openings for RNs for SOC/Oasis & Follow up visits in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and the surrounding areas (Monday - Friday and weekends). Responsibilities include: Start of Care Assessments Wound Care / Medication Management Infusions Private Duty and Medicare patient visits We are hiring Start of Care and Visit nurses. Compensation Follow up Visits: $50 per visit. Requirements Prior home care experience with Home Visit and Oasis. Valid Florida Nursing License. Experience with EVV – Kantime Software. Spanish speaking a plus.
