Job Title: SAP ERP Implementation Project Manager

Location: Melville, NY 11747

Duration: FTE

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 annual salary + benefits

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of an enterprise ERP system. This role will coordinate business and technical teams, manage vendors and implementation partners, oversee integrations, and ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities for the ERP implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Manage ERP vendors and third-party implementation partners.
• Track Purchase Orders (POs) and review vendor invoices against contracted deliverables.
• Coordinate integrations between the ERP and ancillary systems.
• Work with technical teams on integration requirements, dependencies, and testing.
• Track project budgets, expenses, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead project meetings, document decisions, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support testing, change management, and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience , preferably with ERP implementations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms .
• Strong vendor and third-party relationship management experience.
• Experience with system integrations and cross-functional technical teams.
• Familiarity with POs, procurement, and vendor invoice management .
• Experience managing project budgets and financials.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project , or similar tools.

Preferred

• SAP implementation experience
• cALM experience
• PMP certification
• Knowledge of finance, supply chain, procurement, or operations
