Manufacturing SupervisorManages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for overseeing all electro-mechanical activities, meeting safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets for multiple programs.What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team to deliver safe, high-quality production on schedule while controlling costs.
