Responsibilities

Manage and develop new client relationships to expand the sales pipeline.
Oversee contract management and ensure client satisfaction with maintenance services.
Coordinate with assigned crews to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services.
Maintain strong communication with clients to address their needs and concerns effectively.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to service schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or account management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Sales-driven and customer service-focused mindset.
Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
