Registered Nurse - PRN

Position Summary Onsite Innovations has a need for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) at our client’s site in Memphis, TN in a PRN (as-needed) role. This position offers an opportunity to work at a dynamic worksite and make an impact on employee health, wellness, and safety! Clinic Hours (potential coverage times) M‑F 8am‑4pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide occupational health services including injury assessment, first aid care, accurate medical documentation, vaccination review and administration. Collaborate with onsite leadership and medical director to provide complete care and support safe return to work practices. Perform urine drug screens, using proper chain of custody; ensure preparation for pick‑up and shipment to appropriate laboratory. Maintain exam rooms, lab area and treatment rooms clean and stocked, maintaining inventory of supplies and re‑orders as needed. Serve as a health and wellness resource to employees. Assist in medical record maintenance by keeping health, administrative, and program records onsite, safeguarding confidentiality of employee health information. Perform front office clerical duties such as answering telephones, check‑in, checkout and record processing. Dispense medications as directed by practitioner and in accordance with state regulations. Maintain and operate all clinical equipment, including calibration and record keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures. Perform ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws) in accordance with established policies and procedures. Education/Credentials Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Major: Nursing Degree must be from an accredited college or university. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or Graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program. Certifications and/or Licenses Current registration/license in the state where employed. Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT, certification. Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable No Continuing education is required to maintain license and to perform job Yes Job-Related Experience Customarily at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field.
