Responsibilities
Coordinates daily activities of Practice scheduling staff. Monitors work of assigned staff and acts as a professional resource. Acts as a professional liaison for staff, other hospitals, personnel, and physician offices.
Qualifications
1. One to Two years clerical experience, with some supervisory experience. 2. Ability to type forty 40 words per minute. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology. 4. Demonstrated problem solving skills. 5. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the utilization of computer applications. 6. Demonstrated organizational and communication customer service skills. Preferred: 1. Previous experience in admission or scheduling environment in a hospital or medical office environment. 2. Previous supervisory experience.
Work Hours:
8am-4:30pm
