We bake everything from scratch using high-quality ingredients and are looking for team members who are passionate about baking, thrive in fast-paced production environments, and take pride in their work. Bakery Production Team Members support all aspects of the bakery production process, including preparing ingredients, scaling recipes, shaping doughs, building desserts, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We expect our Bakery Production Team Members to: Work collaboratively and support the team wherever needed Bring passion, attention to detail, and pride to every task completed Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and organization Live Tatte’s core values and help support our mission Have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays Prior experience working in a high-volume bakery production kitchen, banquet production kitchen, restaurant kitchen, or similar environment is preferred. Bakery Production Team Members are responsible for: Identifying and preparing ingredients according to recipes and production needs Scaling recipes and ingredients accurately for production Sheeting, shaping, and preparing doughs in a production kitchen environment Building composed desserts and pastries Preparing housemade jams, fillings, mousses, and other bakery components Finishing, topping, and decorating pastries and desserts Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with FDA guidelines Supporting kitchen organization and product quality standards Performing additional production and kitchen responsibilities as needed Other related assignments as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Passion for baking, pastry, and food production Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment Prior experience in a high-volume bakery production kitchen, banquet production kitchen, restaurant kitchen, or similar environment is preferred Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to work in a fast-paced production kitchen environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, manipulate, and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including at least one weekend shift
