Greeley, CO – Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy / Pelvic Health
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time or Part-Time
Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week
Part-Time Hours: 16–29 hours per week
Shift Options: 8-, 9-, or 10-hour shifts; 9-hour schedule may include a half-day once per week

Position Overview:
Seeking a Physical Therapist with pelvic health experience or a strong interest in developing within pelvic health. This position provides the opportunity to treat a specialized patient population in a supportive outpatient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat pelvic health patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide patient education and therapeutic interventions
• Support patients with long-term symptom management and functional improvement
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license
• Pelvic health experience preferred
• Candidates with a strong interest in pelvic health may be considered

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-Time: $73K–$83K base salary
• Part-Time: $40–$50/hour
