Salary: $48,500 - 76,500 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• We need 7+ years of professional software development experience, with substantial hands-on expertise in Sage 300 ERP.
• We require expert-level knowledge of the Sage 300 COM API, Web APIs, and core ERP architecture and modules.
• We need advanced proficiency in VB6 for legacy support, C#/.NET Framework for new development, and Python for Orchid Extender and related Sage 300 frameworks.
• We require advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, database design, and performance optimization.
• We need a proven track record delivering enterprise integrations between Sage 300 and third-party systems such as CRM, eCommerce, WMS, shipping, financial, and payment platforms.
• We require experience using REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and data synchronization technologies.
• We need experience creating custom reporting and BI solutions with Crystal Reports and/or Sage Intelligence.
• We value strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred experience includes manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or retail ERP environments, as well as cloud platforms, modern integration architectures, Git, and VB6-to-.NET migration.

• We design, build, test, deploy, and support custom Sage 300 ERP solutions, including macros, customizations, and enhancements.
• We develop and maintain .NET applications using the Sage 300 COM API and create Python-based solutions in Orchid Extender and related frameworks.
• We support and improve existing VB6 components and migrate them to .NET where practical.
• We architect and maintain complex integrations between Sage 300 and third-party platforms, including CRM, eCommerce, WMS, shipping, payment gateways, and cloud services.
• We work with REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and synchronization tools to connect systems reliably.
• We design, tune, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries.
• We build custom reports, dashboards, and BI outputs using Crystal Reports and Sage Intelligence.
• We partner with business stakeholders, finance, operations, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• We contribute to solution architecture discussions and provide scalable technical recommendations aligned with business needs.
• We conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold engineering standards and best practices.
• We identify automation, process improvement, and system optimization opportunities.
• We maintain clear technical, integration, and support documentation.
• We provide production support, resolve critical issues, and own deliverables from design through post-production.
• We stay current with Sage 300 technologies, integration tooling, and industry best practices.
