Temp to hire in Alpharetta-100% in office A repeat client in Alpharetta is growing their team and has a new position for a professional to join their team. They are looking for someone to work heavily on the telephone and work with the clients. This person is someone who has high energy and a strong "how can I help" attitude. This is a heavy phone volume position where you will be speaking to clients and doing a lot of research, data entry, etc. It is extremely fast-paced and involves doing 10 things at one time. Responsibilities Take orders on the phone and write permits and service orders up Will file IFTA quarterly returns Do order processing, invoicing, and payment collection using QuickBooks, Prepare client permits, registration services, and applications Work with Clients and internal management on resolving permitting, reporting, and compliance issues Requirements Prefer a degree in Accounting or Business Administration Experience in a call center or heavy phone work with customers in an office 3 + years working with vendors, clients, and in an officeAdministration and accounting experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
