Team Lead
MasterMold is looking for a motivated and dependable Team Lead to support employees within our Paint Department on first shift. This role is critical in helping maintain production flow, supporting employees on the floor, and ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support and guide production employees throughout the shift
- Help ensure daily production goals are met safely and efficiently
- Assist with employee training and cross-training efforts
- Monitor quality standards and enforce work instructions
- Support communication between departments and leadership
- Track production, rework, and scrap information
- Reinforce PPE, safety, and housekeeping expectations
- Support workflow improvements and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support and train employees in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and entering production data
