Production Team Lead

1. Overall responsibility on all activity during the shift work.

2. Responsibility on safety issues during the shift work.

3. Ensure the lines working according to the production scheduling.

4. Ensure the work is done according to set points and work order requirements.

5. Ensure all employees are working according to procedures.

6. 5S in production areas.

7. Responsibility on communicating products quality with Process Control Lead.

8. Responsibility on packaging process according to requirements.

9. Responsibility on communicating quality control and process control during production with Process Control Lead.

10. Trouble shooting with Process Control Lead.

11. Communication with Production Supervisor and/or Plant Operations Manager regarding to problems or general issues.

12. Responsibility on information inserted into Priority system.

13. Shift Changeover meetings.

14. Training new and existing employees.

15. Perform new employee's Onboarding Checklist and turn into Human Resources by the end of the new employee's first week.


16. Perform employees' Monthly Check In.

17. Perform employees bi-annual evaluations (turned in the last week of January for the previous July - December and turned in the last week of July for the previous January - June. These are due to the Production Supervisor.


Requirements

Experience in Plastics manufacturing.
