This role supports admissions, referrals, and transfers, tracks required screenings and assessments, photographs new admissions for placement in medical records, and maintains daily census reports and shift reports. Additional responsibilities include scanning and auditing documents within the electronic medical record (EMR), updating county referral logs, ordering clinical and office supplies, answering phones, taking messages, and providing administrative support to nursing and clinical teams to ensure efficient program operations.Division/Program Overview:Population Served: Serving adults, ages 18-59Facility & Setting: 24/7 inpatient voluntary program, 16-bed facilityClinical Services: Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation servicesLength of Stay: 30 day staySkills & Services: Pre-vocational or vocational counseling and medication evaluation and support services.
