We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated cook who takes pride in their work and wants to continue developing their craft. The ideal candidate has experience working across multiple stations, including:

• Prep
• Pantry
• Grill
• Sauté
• Line service

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen while maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, and consistency. We value cooks who can work independently, communicate well with their team, stay composed during busy services, and take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and execute dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
• Work multiple stations, including prep, pantry, grill, and sauté
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
• Complete daily prep and maintain an organized, properly stocked station
• Execute dishes accurately and consistently during service
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and leadership
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Help support the overall success and efficiency of the kitchen
• Be willing to learn new techniques, recipes, and responsibilities
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture

• Previous professional kitchen experience
