Schedule: 40 hours per week Classification: Full Time - Exempt Location: Remote with up to 75% travel Salary: $65,000 + Monthly Bonus Potential The Veterinary Outreach & Partnership Specialist serves as a key ambassador for Heartstrings Pet Hospice. This individual will cultivate relationships with veterinary practices, educate teams on our in-home hospice and euthanasia services, and help strengthen collaborative partnerships that ultimately support families navigating end‑of‑life decisions. This is a remote position with significant travel (up to 75%) to markets across the United States. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of sales, outreach, or relationship management experience (veterinary industry strongly preferred) Strong existing connections within the veterinary community preferred Must reside within 45 minutes of a major airport (proximity to Philadelphia International Airport preferred) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills High emotional intelligence and ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Proficiency in: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Google Workspace CRM platforms Self‑starter mindset with entrepreneurial drive Ability to travel extensively, including occasional evenings and weekends Key Responsibilities Travel extensively to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and conferences across assigned markets (approximately 75% travel).
