Direct Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Direct Sales Representative for its Paragon 28 orthopedic division to cover northeastern Ohio territory. The role involves building surgeon and healthcare provider relationships, driving territory growth through strategic sales execution, and providing operating room case support for foot and ankle medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive territory growth and achieve sales quotas
• Provide operating room case coverage and serve as clinical partner to orthopedic surgeons
• Educate healthcare professionals on Paragon 28 foot and ankle products and proper use
• Identify new business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and coordinate product evaluations
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, inventory management, and compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Orthopedic sales experience preferred or ability to learn orthopedic concepts quickly
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction outside clinical settings
• Residence within Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown Ohio territory
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and wear 7-9 lb protective lead apron in operating room

Compensation: Up to $200,000 plus; commission-based with bi-weekly draw against anticipated commissions
