Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in both full-time and per diem capacities. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients overcome communication and swallowing disorders and thrives in a team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting preferred. Employment Types Full-Time: Consistent schedule with benefits eligibility. Per Diem: Flexible, as-needed scheduling.
